Taking a step back, I decided to go for Jake. It wasn't much of a difference anyway, I mean Jake and the MCI victims both lack proper designs.

I also almost made the shorts green, but changed them to blue for contrast. Also, the jacket is exclusively overlay, So you can disable it.

If the hair looks weird, I was going to make it spiked before I actually checked the description... Whoops
