Here are the rules:
1. No cheating
2. No stealing
3. Keep the hair the same color
4. Clothes MUST be themed round spring
5. When sending/posting the skin, put in the tags, CINDERCONTEST1, so I know what it is for.
6. Have fun!!

This is my first contest, so I don't know everything about these kinds of things, but I want to try!

When you submit you entry, make sure to send me the link to the skin and then I will post your entry.
