This mob was added in 1.11 the exploration update but a big update later in 1.12 it wouldn't naturally spawn in woodland mansions anymore, you can still spawn it in with commands though. I think it was removed in 1.12 since Mojang thought it was too OP, the mob could move really fast like the evoker and had a bow, and could even clone itself.
