a request from a close friend of mine xD she is a fan of Nqrse from Utaite and Hyperdimension Neptunia at the same time, so this skin is a fusion of both of them, along with little requests of her own. <3

The appearance is nqrse (long hair ver.) with Neptunia's color palette.
