Commander DALE was once a soldier in the resistance army that undyne created to stop S.A.C.R.E.D.. Dale was then captured by S.A.C.R.E.D and experimented on. He now rules the S.A.C.R.E.D company and is set on destroying the enemy. He is smart and always 1 step ahead, he cut off Kara’s leg just to prove the point that

“stopping me will just end in failure and the destruction of your world” -D.A.L.E

D.A.L.E is set on changing the universe into his robotic paradise, Even if he has the entire multiverse against him. He can copy any ability from the multiverse but only use it once.. the result in that power will

“burn out his power cuffs, and will have to remove the power and repair them again” -Undyne

DALE is an enemy not to be messed with and will take an entire army and the best scientists in the underground to out think the “”multiverse””himself
