Based on the character of Flavius Stilicho from The Unbiased History of Rome by Dovahhatty.

Flavius Stilicho was a roman general during the late 4th to early 5th century and was born to a vandal father and a roman mother.
In The Unbiased History of Rome he is portrayed being literally half vandal and half roman, hence the heterochromatic eyes and the half brown half blonde beard.
