Inside of a suit made out of the scales of the Ender Dragon lies a mutated being. This being once held a mighty powerful staff. When defeating the Ender Dragon, the staff exploded causing the dragon to combine with him. The power was absorbed during this along with most of the End.
No one knows how he got out without a portal, but just hope you never cross paths with him, or you'll never be seen again.
