A Steve skin of my idea: Techno Steve is one of the 7 Steve's of Destruction (now 11). Techno Steve's power is control others for a small amount time, but because he removed a powerful relic known as the Cosmos Relic from the Retro Steve and merged with it, now he can control anyone for as long as he wants.
