I wanted to make popee cause yes. Sorry if it doesn't really look good, especially without the tail, I don't really know how to make tails.

If you edit any of skins/bases PLEASE give credit to me. I would appreciate it if you do. I put hard work into these skins and I don't make them just so they can be stolen and not given credit to me. So, please give credit, it would mean the world to me. If not, then it's considered stealing, which, is in-fact against the rules.
