This is a skin for Skindex got Talent round 7
The task was to make a fan skin out of some options and one of them was Technicladyy

The colours are from her pfp and announcement skin

She is wearing a gold top with a blue frilly skirt, and has a plait in her hair. She also has a moon clip :)

oops, I've never done a fan skin before so I thought it was a skin that is inspired by someone, not a reshade/recolour of a persona :(
