Chap 3

A peculiar teenage girl was there. She had a black tank top, some big gloves, and a skirt with lace socks. The weird things were 1, she had no shoes and 2, no jacket. How can ANY HUMAN travel into our forest without a jacket. We have fur to keep us warm, but the girl didnt. Surprisingly, she didnt act cold at all. She didnt hug herself or rub her hands together. She just walked. Hide! I whispered to my sister. I hid in a bush, and she hid behind the giant tree. Unfortunately for my sister, the girl saw her. The girl froze. I was prepared to jump out of the tree as soon as she ran screaming back to her house, when she did the most unbelievable thing a human has done in history. She PETTED my sister! I jumped out of the tree, growling at the girl. Was she luring my sister to chain her with a so-called leash? My sister joined me and we surrounded the girl. The girl laughed like we were silly objects and said, I am not here to hurt you. She walked towards me. Shoot. I prepared for her to take out a leash and capture me but she petted me and whispered in my ear, I know what you are. I froze. How could she know?
