This is a sorta cute chibi tv head person but they are not human at all. It is heavily inspired by the many google images of the 'tv person' aesthetic. The scarf was inspired by YourPalRoss's scarf. The skin is my idea and creation so please do not steal and check out the many inspirations I listed. The outer layer can be taken off, but it looks much better with it on.
