Winter is about to close soon As its hazardous beauty melts to welcome life anew A season of cold, which appreciates the warmth of home Now to replace, a season of new beginnings The year before gone but never forgotten Its effects linger as the threats slowly lessen Hope is there but is slow to appear If only we humans had a listening ear Some things end and others begin Who really knows what the future brings Two roads cross the pathway of life And only you can choose which one to strive P.S.
