She headed to the stream where the clothesline was, but just as she had, Captain Dagger walked up to her. Come on, the beds need- but before he could finish, he heard the bell the signaled a threat right before general Fern came running. The castle is under attack! Gather the troops and don't let the intruders in!

The next morning she stretched while getting up, tied her hair, and ate the small bowl of rice that was on her table. She went to the doors and opened and closed them, heading through hallways to other parts of the castle to do the cleaning and chores they required her to do. A few hours later she was finishing up the last few things.

She walked to her bed and sat down, then swung her legs onto the bed. She put her head against the pillows and stared up at the ceiling. Where have I really come from? Ayla thought to herself. All I have been told is that I was abandoned by my parents and these people found me at three years old and brought me here. Ayla's eyelids started drooping and then she fell asleep.
