Cursed with the inability to fly, this variety of phantoms walk the Overworld. Many of them survive by using their remaining abilities to steal from villages and temples undetected. They despise Elytrians for their natural flight. Stories of elytra being found in the fabled End Cities drive many of the phantoms to find strongholds.
