This is clone commander Neyo of the 91st Reconnaissance Battalion wearing his biker scout armor. The first version I made was also one of the first skins I made, so I revisited it and improved it.
Thanks to mitchelle11 for the belt design.
MasterAlexFaze, please don't steal this version and put blood on it too.
