Notice: I see a lot of players having these black bars behind their arms.
This is because of a simple skin setting:

There are two types of Minecraft skins: normal, and slim.
A slim skin will have a 3 pixel width for the arms, meaning it is 1 pixel less than normal skins. (Normal skins have a 4 pixel width)

This skin, and a lot of other skins are made to be slim, so please check slim when putting in your skin to the Minecraft launcher.
