The is Captain Marvel from DC. It is inspired from the the show Justice League Unlimited. I will upload an edited version of this skin soon that looks more like the Captain Marvel in the movie Shazam.

The cape is removable

The actual name of this superhero is Captain Marvel. I am aware that this person also exists in marvel, but because the (marvel) Captain Marvel comic was released first, DC could not name their Captain Marvel comic title Captain Marvel due to copy right claims. This again happened with the recent movies where due to Disney's release of Captain Marvel, DC comics couldn't name their movie that (due to copyright claims) and so called it Shazam. It is actually the wizard's name in the story that is called Shazam. I don't know if that made any sense, but you can look it up if you want to :)
