Turn on the jacket to power his components!
His arms are made of note blocks, Redstone lamps, and pistons. It has Redstone dust on its shoulders and feet. Its legs are made of repeaters and comparators(I did the best with the space I had). Its head is an observer, its back is a daylight sensor, and his chest has a Redstone torch.
