The internet is amazing.

This is based off of the AU were Dream dies and he becomes a ghost mainly and all he remembers all of the bad memories' and bad things he does but not fully remembers what he did.

How he dies is by himself, all alone in the snowy biomes so that's why his skin looks like he's covered either in snow or frost while he looks like he's crying because; of how sad he feels for what he did + that he hates the fact he is alone.
