I suck at Titles but we don't talk about that.

Anyway this is for the SO comp round three :3
I used the 3rd Palette to the top <3 I altered one of the colors for the hair but the og color is still used in this :3

The accessories i used were Cat Ears ( on head ) Bows( on side of legs ) and Hearts ( on hair ).

I had much inspo from an outfit i founds
I searched up Neko Outfit drawings and i saw smth similar to this :3

of course i tried haha.

It isn't high quality since i thought it would make me disqualified or smth since my style is a complex half and half lOl

Listened to much Japanese and Anime songs while doing this.
