Richard Hopper - OC

Richard is one of nine brothers in the Hopper family. Their names are Philip (53), Henry (51), James (50), Lars (49), Andrew (47), Martin (45), Marcus (45), Obadiah (42), and Richard (39). When Richard was very young, he ingested a small amount of mercury, causing brain damage and many other health problems. Richard lives alone (except for his caretaker, Jacob) in an untidy old mansion, which he never leaves. He spends his time writing WILD poetry, walking around his enormous house in deep thought, and reading about random topics in books from his large library. Richard suffers from mild arthritis, asthma, and extreme loneliness, and sometimes has fits of insanity that lead him to do and say wild things.
