In these difficult times, many things have changed.
And maybe you need help!

It's okay to feel sad or mad or stressed. But try to deal with it in healthy ways.

You could scream in a pillow, squeeze a plushie or talk to someone! But don't take you anger out on someone or yourself.

Never put hate on someone on the internet
(cyber bullying)

It is normal to feel jealous of someone's success.
But it's not okay to hate on them. I know it's hard trying not to be jealous cause I was jealous many times.

Just think to yourself why am I jealous of ___________? And think why.
Was it a good reason to feel that emotion?
And if so, think of a healthy way to express your jealousy.
