What to do with Skin Stealers

This was for a announcement skin contest
(I didn't win)
ANYWAY
Sometimes I have passed by skin stealers and sed nothing(even though I shuld)
THIS ENDS NOW

Many skin stealers don't mean to steal They are usually younger skinners
You have to give the skinners name and the skin you are using Ex: This base was by SkindexCollection https://www.minecraftskins.com/skin/15961510/sunflower-fields--cb-/
(I did not use it, but theyre wonderful and should e followed <3)

However, when people steal on PURPOSE
*big guns come out*

Tell them that you have to report and block them
DO NOT POST MEAN COMMENTS OR DISLIKE THEIR SKINS This causes you to SINK TO THEIR LEVEL
Many times, you have to be patient and wait for skindex to resolve the issue
To skin stealers: YOU WILL BE FOUND OUT BY VERY OBSERVANT SKINNERS WHO WILL DO THESE THINGS

Hi, I'm a young skinner. Sometimes I make a skin that looks like someone else's, and I don't realize it. I tell my followers this, but people are disliking some of my skins, and unfollowing me for it. What should I do?
Sometimes, people won't believe you even when you say the truth
I recommend not looking at Top Skins before making a skin, and I will support you whenever somebody accuses you

You dont have to ask, but after you make the skin and credit, you can let them know
dang, once i edited a skin, without asking, and then person skin i edited, went full on rage mode, for not askin
bc i was suppose to.

Id like to say something though, a lot of stolen skins Id say 80% or so the makers dont know its stolen, A lot of people go to the top skin on namemc and are like wh would possibly make this skin? They just re upload it on skindex but lots of other people do that and then people accuse them of stealing that skin bc other people had the same idea to just re upload that skin from namemc just thought I should say that

Does it count as stealing if you don't ask permission to use someones skin as a base, or is it ok if I just credit them and tell people to follow the person I used as a base. I got a comment saying it wasn't ok I didn't ask for permission, so I just thought I would see if that counted as stealing to correct my mistake for the future.
