Dark Mask is not human he is trapped in computers so if you look at some TVs or anything that has a working screen you see this glitchy background with Dark Mask watching you he can move but the thing is if he escapes NOTHING CAN STOP HIM thats why he is trapped but the thing and Hero that can stop him from Freeing is Atlantic but Dark Mask if anyone breaks his chip he can still move to any place if you try to stop his work well you will be brain dead or you will might die his powers are unknown he is truly the most powerful and evil villain alive but he is not stupid he knows when he is overpowered like The Forgotten King
