A long time ago this girl with red hair comes to the beach where her Dad died at soon her Dad came back but as a hero soon other heros thought him being a bad guy not knowing he has a pure heart he can also stop anyone with frozen heart like TheForgottenKing if anyone hurt his daughter they will not make it because those big needles he have only knock them out or heals them his power is water electrical AKA lighting and he can't speak so it will be kinda hard to understand him but he also have a device that can make him talk but he never use it if you hear some music in the sea beware for Atlantic might be around to stop all villains
