i'm allowing you to edit and post fully ski but must follow or say who it was made by

base skin: Many artists allow their skins to be edited to e e.g. using them as bases, for shading, etc. However, you MUST credit them for their hard work. You can do this by mentioning their username in either title or description. It would be stellar if you could also include a link to the original skin in the description.
