Notes: I would like the hair to fade from a light blue to white, and what I mean by no eyes is im starting a face-less series, eg any of the characters that are made won't have eyes. I'm going to try a similar request with multiple peopel to see how others handle no eyes, as I find that really hard myself and need inspiration.

Skin color, maybe a darker one

Eye color/eye shape, none!
Top, a light blue long-sleeve school like shirt, but changed so it puts up with outside much more often.
Bottom, long light lime skirt that has a blue lining on the edge.
Shoes, small white slip-ons
Accessories, light lime headband, white flowers spotting the clothing.
