so, i have noticed that some people are desperate to get better at skinning, so here i have some tricks and tips for you to get better at making skins!

- Dont use vibrant colors. use a palette thats a bit desaturated and not too bright.
- Design is important. dont make something too fancy. for designs, id rather go for easy stuff that still looks good, like jeans, shorts, tshirts, sweaters, sneakers, etc
- Shading is key. one of the most significant parts of a good-looking skin is the shading. for this i dont have too much advice but to try to base a shading style off of the way others make their skins. go simple first and when youre more skilled, try to shade in a more complicated way.
- Pick themes for your skins. picking certain themes and styles for my skins helps me make them easier.
- If you run out of ideas, remake old skins! (from pinklemxnade)
