lightning Steve is somewhat a mystery among the steves. a lightning Steve is only mentioned once in one of the oldest books in the great library. lightning steves are as fast and powerful as their namesake. primarily drawing their strength from the sky if one is trapped in the ground their strength will quickly plummet knowing this they rarely allow themselves to be drawn near any solid object. the original skin was created by YellowRangerHB check it out!
