CE - Guardian of the darkest depths

A strange being, this guardian. Many of them exist, and are identified with the patterns of their glowing, bioluminescent markings, which are always a varying shade of yellow. It is said they are descended from beings of the twilight zone that swam too deep and got lost in the darkness of the midnight zone, and thus adapted to the void-like land they now inhabit.

They are blind, their eyes now reduced to glowing orbs resting inside their eye sockets, though all other senses are rather acute. They serve as the guardsmen of the midnight nymph, Eleanor, though they can be seen occasionally patrolling their land or guarding important places.

Their bodies too have adapted, and are very thin, though they do not starve; they can go long periods of time without food, due to the fact that few creatures dwell in these void-black depths.
