Blue (Vector) Steve (HS)

Unlike his siblings, this Blue Steve is different, and it goes far beyond mere visual differences. At first, he was seen as lacking any powers beyond the standard lightning, for he could not manipulate even the smallest drop of water. Instead, this Blue Steve later learned how to manipulate and eventually control the wind and even the weather to a certain extent. He could also generate crystal-like objects of pure energy in the form of sharp projectiles or even small daggers. Many of the village elders saw these abilities as unnatural. The Blue Steve eventually earned the nickname Vector, for his near-perfect accuracy.
