13th new skin! O:

A completely new style on my previous skins!
Like always, since I lack the artistic talent, I've just edited one that I found off on this site aha...
I just changed some colours and added some patterns :#

Quite happy with the way it came out! It was tough making the new head T^T

P.S: 13 is my favourite number :3

(MADE CHANGES TO THINGS THAT NEEDED CHANGING AND THE NUMEBRS ARE OUTTA ORDER KILL MEEEEEE)
