The hanging man from Call of Duty Zombies. Peter was a spy sent from America to infiltrate the devious organization Group 935. After being caught and losing his arm, McCain parachuted out of an airplane to escape to the Rising Sun facility, but ended up getting tangled in the parachute cords in the rafters.
