The whole concept was that it'll be a drowned, but while making the skin i decided to turn it a bit around. And so, it is a drowned who got infected by corals and sea flowers that now cover some parts of his body. His face is covered by a mask that is similiar to a guardians beacouse one of the flowers made it's home in the middle of his face.
