I used a filter on my feeling so helpless skin, and I think this looks SUPER cool! Imma definitely be
using this technique in the future.

I downloaded the skin file and uploaded it onto a photo editor, then I saved the file and uploaded it to skindex.

Owo nice <3 btw I DONT use anything of the sort just to avoid drama I just make glitched skins and filtered is just a name I chose because who wants the name glitched skins? Wait that uhh its not bad so I change my name?
