Victor J. White was once in a military operations group called the Medical Chem Ops (MCO), serving as a Chemist in the war in the year 20ZZ against an army of HellSpawns. Due to a deadly virus called the Aima Virus that his wife Barbara had, his knowledge didn't seem to be working to find a cure.
