As they say, long time it is a no seeing, or something like that. The point is, I disappear! often. The cause of this? Something called lack of motivation paired with anxiety, allergies, some IBS issues, internalized homophobia and self hatred, and there you go. Oh wait, I forgot to mention... school. I dont know about you people, but am not even done with high school yet, and I take grades pretty seriously, so when. I have schoolwork my whole entire life and mental health seems to go down the drain. I am not saying this as in I am completely stopping skindex til im done with school, but dont expect anything from me. i love you, so yeah!

everyone is different, but here is what helps me.
mindfulness. as people, we need to live in the moment and thats what mindfulness is. just taking some time out of your day to breathe.
during panic attacks i try to focus on my surroundings such as locating certain colors. the main point is you want to get out of your head.
if you struggle with sleep issues relating to stress like me, melatonin can help, just talk to your doctor to make sure what the correct dose is for you.
