mindfulness. as people, we need to live in the moment and thats what mindfulness is. just taking some time out of your day to breathe.
during panic attacks i try to focus on my surroundings such as locating certain colors. the main point is you want to get out of your head.
if you struggle with sleep issues relating to stress like me, melatonin can help, just talk to your doctor to make sure what the correct dose is for you.
