A water-dwelling humanoid, these fellows make homes out of lakes, rivers, oceans, and sometimes caves. They have clawed hands and feet and use them to hunt fish and other nearby animals. At first glance, they appear carnivorous but are capable of eating plant matter, too. Their eyes are bright blue, their skin and hair are darker blue. They don't communicate with other species often, but when they do it's usually trade. They don't do much else with other civilizations.
