the armor does not actually exist in game, but it might look cool to equip it in the skin customization options menu. After you come out of the options menu, it will show you have the tech armor on

In the skins section of options menu, you can click to remove pant legs (the leg section of the armor) the jacket (body) and both jacket arms. This removes the tech armor
