This is another brother of Herobrine and he has the power of shadows, he can control them and more.
He only got his powers because of Magicbrine, shadowbrine wanted more power, Magicbrine gave him the power of shadows except of the gods but Shadowbrine doesn't care that he didn't get the powers of god.
So look at your shadow all the time, maybe he is there!
