Meet Nebula, he is an OC of mine. Nebula is only half of the twin time funtime leaders. his Female counterpart is his twin sister, AKA the other leader (Nora). to answer some questions, Yes the twin times ARE possessed by dead children. No William Afton did not kill them. Nebula's previous name was Liam. Nebula died in a house fire at the age of 10, and his soul found its way to the twin time pizzeria.
