Quiet. sometimes too quiet. he is the 6th dictator, and thrives in the ice biomes. he is the the third youngest, only being older than Flametial and Hypershock. Prefers bright colors over dark colors, and loves wintertime like a true Canadian. being an expert swordsman, he rarely loses a battle. of course, the only battles he loses is against the washing machine. he still doesn't know how it works.
