Rem is a character from the anime Re:Zero.

I tried to make this skin a while back, but I was on a bit of an skin maker's block, so it didn't turn out super well. Now after taking a break, I feel much better about this design. I will probably come back to it in the future, as I realize the palette is not all that great, and better hair shading techniques could be used. Once I get better at both, I will likely revisit other skins as well.
