About Steve: Steve was a passive humanoid mob, used for testing purposes, available from Java Edition Indev 0.31 20100129 until 0.31 20100131 (for 2 days). He was made by Dock, the artist for Minecraft at the time, along with the similar-looking mob Black Steve.
