This skin is randomly generated.
First, I went to http://www.random-art.org/online/
where you can enter any string of characters and it outputs a random image based on what you typed in. I typed in my favorite pokemon, liepard, and saved the image. I rescaled the image and pasted it onto a skin template, and I actually got a decent result! At least, I think so!
