Falkner is a character from the games Pokemon Heartgold and Soulsilver. He is the first gym leader in the Johto region, and specializes in flying types.

He has an interesting design; I really like the variety of blues used for his Japanese-style clothing. His hair style is a bit unusual for a Minecraft skin, but I tried my best to make it work.
