Habitat: Glide among storm clouds for energy, follow them everywhere

Behavior: Super energetic in a focused way, competitive, when they want something done, they get it done fast, and despite hanging around storm clouds they are generally optimistic and cheerful, favorite pastime is racing, favorite season is Spring.

Abilities (in the dragon, not the skin, lol): Can channel lightning when near an energy source and shoot lightning bolts from tail, store energy in scales, very fast, full of high voltage static electricity
