Description: sea-blue scales with wave like patterns that are actually angled for easier swimming, light blue wings with hints of gold/pink in them, usually covered in kelp/seaweed, flipper tail

Habitat: Large bodies of water

Behavior: Very chill and easygoing, go-with-the-flow kind of dragon, usually likes to take naps, use seaweed to keep cool when out of water, Summer is their favorite season. They love to blow bubbles up from the bottom of the ocean!

Abilities (in the dragon, not the skin, lol): can breathe and see underwater, strong swimmers, can suction themselves to rocks for a peaceful sleep
