Commander Blister

OD-1037 was described as one of the largest and most powerful of Phoenix Division, and he used this to his advantage, fighting his way through any obstacle. He was extremely brutal and violent, using brute force to win his battles, and cutting down opponents with his sheer size and strength. He was extremely sadistic and loved killing, mutilating, and just overall torturing people. Blister was ruthless, displayed no mercy to his enemies, and had no qualms about viciously killing and mounting the head of anyone who opposed him on the walls of his living quarters. He was also obsessed with warfare and killing. Blister was killed by TEB Commander Kay when she stabbed him in the eye and throat with a Plasma Resyncer.
